The Daily Mail is reporting that Duane Keith Davis “Keefe D” confessed he was in the vehicle on the night of the Tupac shooting and he confirms already previous reports that Orlando “Baby Lane” Anderson did indeed shoot Tupac Shakur on the night of September 7, 1996.
