According to newly retired and first officer on scene, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department retired officer and detective Chris Carroll, Tupac’s final words were “Fuck You“. Allegedly Mr. Carroll attempted to acquire a dying declaration from Tupac after Chris was able to open up the passenger side door of the BMW and a limp Tupac Shakur fell out. It was during this time that Mr. Carroll attempted the dying declaration and Tupac uttered these words.
