The LA TIMES has publicly apologized to Diddy for their article released this month in which apparent FBI Informants came foward with eye witness accounts that Diddy was tied to the 94 shooting of Tupac Shakur. According to the LA TIMES, they were "duped" into using fake FBI files to publish the report and that they have retracted their previous article.
It's being reported that Diddy is considering legal action against the LA TIMES; which would net huge gains for Diddy should he decide that he was not only falsely accused, but defamed and slandered as well. More news to come.
